Srinagar: The bugle for the panchayat elections in Jammu and Kashmir is over. Voting will take place in 8 phases from March 5 on 13000 panchayat seats of the valley. Explain that after the abolition of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and the partition of the valley into two union territories, for the first time panchayat elections will be held. Chief Electoral Officer of Jammu and Kashmir, Shailendra Kumar said that on March 5, voting in the first phase, March 7 in the second phase, March 9 in the third phase, March 12 in the fourth phase, March 14 in the fifth phase, March 16 of the sixth phase, Voting for the seventh phase will be held on March 18 and eighth phase will be held on March 20.
