Rajahmundry: Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan announced his party's manifesto by reporting a series of sops, including free education to all students in respective of caste, religion, and money related status from KG to PG, while addressing to a well-attended public meeting held to mark the party's fifth formation day on Thursday. He declared free transport for students to arrive at educational institutions and to return home and furthermore free food, particularly for poor students at Dokka Seethamma Canteens.

To promote advanced study among students, he pledged to set up government degree colleges offering science and arts subjects, in addition to setting up an agriculture college at either the Assembly section or mandal level. He declared one-time payment of charges for attending different competitive exams being led by the state government yearly as the unemployed youth from the castes had been confronting difficulties to show up for different competitive exams because of the steep fees.

He declared his goal to set up common schools and welfare lodgings for all students, irrespective of caste and creed. To urge youth to become creative, he guaranteed to set up development center and incubation centers in professional colleges. In a major relief to the jobless youth, the Jana Sena chief guaranteed to fill up about one lakh backlog posts inside a half year subsequent to coming to power in the state and furthermore pledged to create 10 lakh jobs for each annum in different fields.
