Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most loved actresses of the new generation in Bollywood. She is all set for her upcoming film Mili. The actress is leaving no stone unturned in promoting the film. Janhvi and Ishaaan Khatter made their Bollywood debut together with the film Dhadak in 2018 and since then there has been no stopping in their career. At the time when Dhadak was about to be released, they both were rumoured to be dating each other. In the recent interview Janhvi opens up about her relationship with Ishaan Khatter.

Janhvi speaking about Ishaan Khatter said, "He messaged me recently wishing me luck for Mili and I wished him back saying, ‘Right back at you!’ I think there was an undercurrent of competitiveness. I’m just kidding! We really wish the best for each other dil se (from the heart). We started out together. A part of us will always root for each other."

Janhvi also praised Ishaan Khatter’s upcoming film trailer and said, "I’ve seen the trailer and I think it looks like a lot of fun. We had spoken briefly when he was about to sign the film. I know a little bit about it, and it sounds like a very exciting premise."

Speaking about Mili, It is directed by Mathukutty Xavier, Mili is the Hindi remake of the filmmaker's 2019 Malayalam hit Helen. Said to be based on true events, the film traces the struggles of Janhvi as Mili, who races against time to stay alive inside a freezer. According to the actor, a special freezer was built by the film’s team, where they shot for 20 days at minus 15 degrees Celsius temperature.
