Melbourne: Team India is facing a shock due to injury on the Tour of Australia. Any of the Team India players have been out before every Test of the series due to injury. The pacer Jasprit Bumrah's name has also been added to the list. He is suffering from a stomach problem and has been out of the squad for the Brisbane Test.

There are reports that Tamil Nadu spinner Washington Sunder could be given a chance in the final Test of the series to be played in Brisbane after Bumrah's exit. Washington Sunder was stopped in Australia as a backup after the white ball series ended. Now it seems that his stay there may be beneficial for India. After playing ODI cricket for Team India, he can now take the field in a beautiful white jersey.

Washington Sundar's inclusion in the final will mean he will bowl with Ashwin. If both Sundar and Ashwin can bat, they will be in the role of all-rounder player for the team. Washington Sundar will close the entry doors for Saha if he finds a place in the playing XI of the GABA Test. Shardul Thakur can be included in the squad before Natarajan in the pace attack.
