Patna: JDU and RJD leaders were seen clashing with each other on Saturday in Bihar's Patna University Students' Union (PUSU) elections. The coordination between the student leaders of these two ruling parties in Bihar was clearly visible, while the Janata Dal United's clash with BJP's Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) was not seen anywhere. The proof of this also came to the fore on Monday, in front of Lalan Singh, National President of Janata Dal-United.
Student JDU leaders clashed in the Janata Dal-United office in such a way that Lalan Singh initially tried to handle it and then left upset. The office bearers who won four important posts of the Patna University Students' Union alleged that the old leaders of the Students Janata Dal-United did not support them, rather many were supporting the BJP. Now Janata Dal has come to participate in the celebration of United's victory.
On Monday evening, in the presence of the party's National President Lalan Singh, the leaders of Chhatra Janata Dal-United created a lot of ruckuses. The candidates who won the Patna University Student Union elections clashed with the old student leaders due to their own welcome program organized at the Karpuri Auditorium of the State Janata Dal-United Office. At the ceremony, the party's National President Lalan Singh congratulated all the newly elected student leaders for their victory and honored them with bouquets. Meanwhile, the student leaders of the Janata Dal-United, who won the election, were enraged after seeing the party's old members. Accusing them of not supporting them, said that earlier they were engaged in defeating, and now they have come to show their face in celebration. When the student leader did not agree even after persuasion by other senior leaders present in the ceremony, Lalan Singh himself came down from the stage and pacified the matter.
