Patna: Janata Dal-United (JDU) spokesperson Pragati Mehta hit back at Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) National President Chirag Paswan, saying that he should not act as an illusionist. Chirag recently tweeted in Bihar, questioning the prohibition of liquor, and said that people are being made smugglers in its name.
Pragati Mehta said, "Chirag Paswan should not act as an illusionist. Nitish model in Bihar is the most successful model in the country." He said, "7 convictions of the JDU have changed the picture of the village and a new Bihar is ready. In Part 2, Bihar will write a new chapter of development. So Chirag should not try to manipulate the people of Bihar, once again Nitish Kumar will become CM. "
LJP chief Chirag Paswan had tweeted on Saturday, "Biharis are being smuggled in the name of prohibition. Mothers and sisters of Bihar do not want to see their people as smugglers. All ministers with the CM of Bihar know that Bihari is moving towards smuggling liquor in the absence of employment, but it is as if the snake has sniffed all of them."
