Lucknow: A son committed suicide in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi after being hurt by his mother's second marriage. The incident took place in Todifatepur village under the Mauranipur tehsil of Jhansi. The woman had decided to get married again for the happiness of the children. In fact, a person named Bihari Lala, who lived in Todifatepur, died at the age of 40. His wife was widowed at an early age due to his death 10 years ago. 

According to the report, she left her sons and daughters in the village and went to Gwalior to work as a laborer and was earning her living there. Three years ago, Bihari Lala's widow got acquainted with a young man. The young man was married and was about 10 years younger than the woman in age. Gradually, the two grew closer and fell in love with each other. The matter gradually reached marriage. When her son Surendra Pal came to know about his mother's marriage, there was a dispute in the family. Recently, his mother came to meet him in Mauranipur.

When there was talk of the marriage of a widow in the village, Surendra stood up in protest against the mother's decision, because at that age, people and friends of the society started taunting him when marriage was discussed. Some people were also making fun of him. However, even after this, his mother married the young man. Saddened by this, Surendra committed suicide by consuming poison. Police have seized the body and sent it for post-mortem.
