Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM) has termed a ‘statewide bandh’ on May 14 , 2016 ,protesting against the State Government’s for the definition of domicile policy.

As per the party release, “Dismissing the state government's April 7 announcement of the policy, the JMM at its central executive committee meeting here yesterday, chalked out a series of protests in the run up to the bandh”

It further wrote, “The party will observe Kolhan Division bandh on April 24 as a mark of protest to the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jamshedpur, which falls under the Division, demanding a policy that would "honour people's expectation”.

Party’s awareness drive will be launch from April 20 to 28, which connect with mass on the following issue.Demonstrations will be taken in all blocks(tehsil) and district(zila) headquarters of the state on April 30 and May 7 , the release added.
