MUMBAI: Many people are stranded at various places away from their homes due to the 21-day lockdown across the country due to the rapid spread of the coronavirus. 28 such people are trapped in Maharashtra's welfare. All these people are residents of Godda district of Jharkhand. CM Uddhav Thackeray of Maharashtra has come forward to help all of them.

Actually, on Twitter, a person shared a post explaining all these troubles. A person named Shahabuddin Ansari had also tagged MLA Deepika Pandey Singh and MLA Vinod Singh of Jharkhand while requesting to send these people home. Ansari says that these are all labourers and they do not even have money to eat. Help them deliver it to their home.

In response to Ansari's tweet, a tweet from the Chief Minister's Office of Maharashtra has come. This tweet states that we have contacted Kalyan MP Dr Srikanth Eknath Shind and requested to help him. It is being told that the Maharashtra government has also assured to arrange to reach the homes of these labourers soon.
