Ranchi: Coronavirus is wreaking havoc in Jharkhand. In view of this, the state government has announced to continue the lockdown till 30 September in the Containment Zone. Although the government has issued new guidelines, people seem to get a big relief. In the new advisory, the government has ordered to start many services.

According to the new order of the Jharkhand government, buses have been allowed to run inside the districts. Permission has been granted to open hotels, Dharamshalas, lodges and guest houses. The government has decided to start it after 6 months. However, many types of SOPs and guidelines have been issued for this. Restaurants will open to customers, but with certain conditions. Shopping malls are also going to open after several months. Permission has been given to open footwear shops in rural areas. Salons, spas and beauty parlours have also been opened.

CM of the state Hemant Soren said that the decision to open institutions in different sectors was taken in view of the JEE and NEET examinations. The government had no other way than to provide relief to the students. Soren also said that he would oppose the decision of the Central Government, in which the examination has been ordered. He has written a letter to the Ministry of Education to postpone the examination. He says that if the government does not withdraw the decision, then he will also go to the Supreme Court.
