Reliance Jio's broadband Jio Fiber has faced a lot of problems with the network coming to a standstill on 22 June. People started having internet problems from the afternoon of 22 June which is still going on. The service of Jio Fiber has been closed in many cities of India. Users of Jio Fiber have complained about this on Twitter. Reliance Jio has also confirmed the loss of Jio Fiber.
The users of Lucknow, Ludhiana, Dehradun, and Delhi-NCR are facing the problem of network outage. It is worth noting that the service has not been confirmed by Jio yet. Many users have also complained that they are unable to talk to customer care. Many customers have said that after waiting for 15 minutes, there was no response from Customer Care.
The live chatting service provided by Jio is also not getting proper answers. When millions of employees in the country are working from home. Shutting down of the Internet for 24 hours is not less than a big problem, although this is the first time that the service of Jio Fiber is stopped for such a long time. Jio has also not given the reason behind the stoppage of service.
