Actor Joaquin Phoenix ran away from the set after Scarlett Johansson's orgasm recordings for the film "Her," the actress admitted on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast.

As a man who falls in love with his phone's operating system, Samantha, a feminine voice akin to Siri played by Johansson, Phoenix starred in the Spike Jonze-directed thriller. They engage in phone sex, which required Johansson to record herself pretending to be orgasmic, according to sources. He was like losing it as we tried to finish one take, Johansson recalled.

"After leaving the studio. He required a rest." Johanson said, "Never let anyone hear your voice. You don't want to hear yourself sounding like you're having an orgasm, for sure. You most certainly do not want to hear yourself pretending to have an orgasm. It really stinks. It was really strange." The film "Her" was shot with Samantha Morton recreating the chat on the phone when she was first cast as Samantha. Johansson took over for Morton in the editing room, recording all the lines again and shooting more scenes with Phoenix.

The December 2013 release of "Her," which received positive reviews, earned Jonze the Oscar for best original screenplay. The best picture nomination for the movie also exists.

Johansson opened up about experiencing hypersexualization in the beginning of her career during the same 'Armchair Expert' podcast interview. The Oscar candidate claimed that objectification had become so commonplace that she believed her career was over.

"I kind of became objectified and pigeonholed in this way where I felt like I was not  getting offers for work for things that I wanted to do," Johansson said. "I distinctly recall thinking, "I assume people think I'm 40 years old," to myself. Somehow, it ceased to be something I fought against and considered attractive." I believe everyone thought I was older and that I'd been [acting] for a long time, I kind of got pigeonholed into this odd hypersexualized thing.

"I believed that (my career) had ended. You have that kind of career, and these are the roles you've performed, it was said. And I thought, "Is this it?"
