MUMBAI: The second season of "Duranga," the Gulshan Devaiah-led official Indian version of the Korean series "Flower of Evil," has been greenlit for the second season.

In a statement, Gulshan said, "This affection from the fans is great, especially considering the original already had a sizable fan base. We must have acted appropriately at that time. I'm overjoyed that our interpretation of the K Drama has been so well received. The series recounts a trail of grisly copycat killings committed 20 years after the suicide of psychopathic serial killer Bala by his alleged accomplice. Ira is forced to confront terrible truths about her husband's background as a result of the case, which also poses a threat to her otherwise ideal family.
