Many people dream of serving the country by joining the Indian Army. Similarly, all three services have been recruited. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has taken out recruitment to 341 posts of Combined Defence Services (CDS). Yes, candidates can apply on the official website upsconline.nic.in of UPSC till 12 pm on 11th January. Through the recruitment process, recruitments will be made to 100 posts in Indian Military Academy Dehradun, 22 in Indian Naval Academy, 32 in Air Force Academy Hyderabad, 170 for men and 17 for women in Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
IMA - Get a bachelor's degree in a subject from a recognized university.
Naval Academy - Get a bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university or institution.
Air Force Academy - Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.
Have studied physics and mathematics in class XII, or have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
IMA: The candidate was not born before 2nd January 1999 and after 1st January 2004.
Naval Academy: The candidate was not born before 2nd January 1999 and after 1st January 2004.
Indian Air Force Academy: The candidate was not born before 2nd January 1999 and after 1st January 2004.
Application Fee: General category candidates will have to pay Rs. 200 as fee. While reserved category candidates will be exempted from the application fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and interview. The written examination will be held on 10th April 2022.
Apply: First visit the official website - upsc.gov.in to apply. Then go to the Direct Recruitment option on the home page of the website. It will now have to go to the link of Combined Defence Services Examination (I). Then click on the link to Apply Online. Now fill in the details sought and complete the registration process. Then register and then fill out the application form. Keep in mind that you must take a print after the application is complete.
