Bumper recruitment has been released for the posts of Assistant Professor in the degree colleges of Himachal Pradesh. According to the notification released by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC), there are a total of 548 vacancies. Candidates have to apply online by visiting the website of Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/.

Educational Qualification:-
For the post of Assistant Professor, candidates must be PG with at least 55% marks in the respective subject. Reserved category candidates will get a discount of five per cent. In addition, ugc net or set must have passed. Net or set should be PhD if you are not passed.
Age Limit:-
The age for the post of Assistant Professor should be 18 to 45 years. Candidates belonging to reserved category will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per rules.
