Who does not know comedian Johnny Lever. Nowadays his daughter Jamie Lever is working to make people laugh in Bollywood. She has spoken on partisanship and nepotism. Being a star kid herself, she says that not all-star kids can be categorized as special birthrights because many people have become popular in Bollywood because of their own self and talent. She says that partiality and nepotism are not keywords in Bollywood.

Speaking to the media, Jamie said, "I think everyone has their own journey of Bollywood and I don't see any reason for comparison. Everyone has their own struggle". She says that I am a star kid myself, but it is not necessary that people who are talking about Bollywood nepotism should apply to all star kids because there are many Star Kids who do not have star kid privilege. In my journey this thing is also not applicable because where I am, there is no partiality, there is no nepotism. Jamie further stated that she never used her father's name to get work. She said that father Johnny never even made a phone call

Jamie also talked about her father's work capacity and told the media that my father has done work like a job, he did not make it his life. He went to work, shot for his films, and came back home, that was his real life. His real-life which was his family, his friends, his spirituality. We were never part of any film parties, we never went, we were never part of any group. My father was never filmy, my mother, as I said, came from a very humble background.
