JEST 2021: The Joint Entrance Screening Test 2021 official schedule has been released on the official website. As per the schedule, the online application process will begin on January 11 and will be closed on February 14, 2021. Candidates can apply online at http://jest.org.in.
JEST 2021 will be held on April 11. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai is the organizing institution for JEST 2020.
Know about JEST:
JEST is a screening test for admission to Ph.D. and Int. Ph.D. program. Different participating institutes in physics and theoretical computer science/neuroscience admissions are tested. The JEST exam is conducted for two subjects only, namely, physics and theoretical computer science. The qualifications needed are different for admission to the Ph.D. and Int. Ph.D. programs in various participating institutes. So the candidate is requested to visit the websites of the participating institutes of their interest to know more about the qualification requirement.
Who can apply:
Candidates querying for admission in Ph.D. / Integrated Ph.D. Programme in Physics or Theoretical Computer Science or Neuroscience or Computational Biology in one of the Participating Institutes may appear for the Joint Entrance Screening Test at one of the Exam Centers.
