Pathankot: On Monday, 25 people got infected by Covid-19 in Pathankot. One of which is from Mission Road, one from Sujanpur, 3 one from Dhangu Road, one from Patel Chowk, one from Sant Nagar, one from Vishnu Nagar, one from Patel Nagar, one from Abrol Nagar, one from Sujanpur, one from Karoli Two people from Jhela Amda, one from Jugiyal-based private company, one from Malikpur, one from Sujanpur, 2 people from Kirdi Khurd, 1 from Mamoon, 1 from Bhanguri, one from Dunera are presently infected by the virus. SMO Dr. Bhupinder Singh said that 25 people, who are Covid-19 positive and are isolating in Chintpurni Medical Hospital, have been sent after being discharged on getting healthy.

A young photojournalist of Patiala, Jaideep Singh (28) died on Sunday night from Covid-19. He was the only son of his parents. He also has a sister. According to the Coronavirus guidelines on Monday, he has been cremated. DC Kumar Amit paid tribute to the body on behalf of the government on this occasion.
