Bhopal: Jyotiraditya Scindia's troubles seem to be increasing before the by-election. The matter of allegedly hiding information in the Rajya Sabha elections is currently going on in the court, but after that Jyotiraditya Scindia is now caught in another controversy. Recently, he has been accused that he had used a police car for publicity during his last visit to Gwalior-Chambal. Now the Congress has also targeted him on this matter. Not only this, on the complaint of a person from Maharashtra, the Election Commission has also sought an answer from the Home Department regarding this.

Bypolls are going to be held in 28 assembly seats in MP. Along with CM Shivraj, Jyotiraditya Scindia has taken command of the election campaign in Gwalior-Chambal. Meanwhile, now Saket Gokhale of Maharashtra has complained about BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. On his complaint, the office of the Chief Electoral Officer of MP has sought an inquiry report from the state home department in 3 days.

Talking about this, an Election Commission official said that "On September 13 and 14 from Maharashtra, a complaint was received via email that Jyotiraditya Scindia used a police vehicle for the by-election campaign". The complainant has attached the photograph as evidence. Not only this, the Commission acting on this complaint has sought an inquiry report from the Home Department within 3 days and the Home Department has also confirmed this.
