Not only this, on the complaint of a person from Maharashtra, the Election Commission has also sought an answer from the Home Department regarding this.

Meanwhile, now Saket Gokhale of Maharashtra has complained about BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. On his complaint, the office of the Chief Electoral Officer of MP has sought an inquiry report from the state home department in 3 days.
Talking about this, an Election Commission official said that "On September 13 and 14 from Maharashtra, a complaint was received via email that Jyotiraditya Scindia used a police vehicle for the by-election campaign". The complainant has attached the photograph as evidence. Not only this, the Commission acting on this complaint has sought an inquiry report from the Home Department within 3 days and the Home Department has also confirmed this.
