Kaalakaandi as true to its name it can be - we have one more song that has been released by the makers today and it's as twisted and funky as the trailer is. The song is a revamped version of the original Punjabi folk song - “Kala Doria Kundey Naal Aria”. The makers have given us one more song that will surely be a part of the new year party playlist - Kaala Doreya.
If you belong to the land of Punjab, you would surely relate to the song. Kaala Doreya basically decodes the lifestyle of Punjabis dating back to the times when Delhi and Multanwas were not divided by the border. The song features Saif Ali Khan, Isha Talwar, Akshay Oberoi, Nary Singh and Amyra Dastur. Neha Bhasin's vocals have taken the song to another level. The song has been composed by Sameer Uddin.
Well, in the song, Saif has gone to attend a wedding and there he takes a sedative and does all those things that he hasn't done yet. If you have seen director Akshat Verma's Delhi Belly, you would have an idea about how funky can the screenplay be. The song has its high moments - when Saif kisses Isha, how Saif is high and is seen dancing and at the end, that gunshot takes it all and you know something good is in store for you in 2018.
