Kalabhavan Mani passes away at 45 on Sunday at private hospital. The actor equally gifted in singing and dancing, makes his audience laugh and cry.

On his death, Tamil’s superstar Kamal Haasan has pitied the death of South Indian famous folk singer and actor ‘Kalabhavan Mani’ who expired in Kochi on March 6,2016.

Mani, 45, was undergoing treatment for liver and kidney diseases at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences.

Haasan by his twitter account posted “Sad about my friend Kalabhavanam Mani. One more of My Malayalee brothers dying of cirrhosis”

Mani featured in more than 200 films, including Tamil,Malayalam and Telugu films.Mani was popular for his villains roles.

He won the National Film Award and Kerala State Film Award in 1999 for his performance as Ramu in “Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum”.
