Tottenham beat West Ham 2–0 in the English Premier League (EPL) football competition on Tuesday with a goal from Harry Kane. Before the Premier League was suspended due to Coronavirus, it seemed that the season had ended for Kane but now he has returned to his old colors.
Kane, playing his 200th match in the Premier League, scored the second goal for the team in the 82nd minute. This is his first in 2020 and the 137th total in the league. Only Manchester City striker Sergio Aguera (138) has scored more goals than Kane in his first 200 matches in the league.
Tottenham took the lead with a suicide goal scored in the 64th minute by Thomas Sosek. With this victory, Tottenham have kept their hopes of a place in the European Championship. He now has 45 points from 31 matches and is in seventh place. West Ham are 17th in 27 matches with 27 points. Meanwhile, Leicestershire goalkeeper Kaspar Shemaikal saved a penalty in the first half, which led his team to a matchless draw against Brighton.
