In fact, the Mumbai police had issued notices to Bollywood actor Kangana Rnauth and his sister Rangoli Chandel and asked them to appear next week to file their statements. In fact, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate's Court had ordered the police to investigate a complaint filed by Bollywood casting director and fitness trainer Munawar Ali Syed last Saturday. Thereafter, the police had filed an FIR against Rnauth and his sister (Rangoli) under section 153 A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) (promotion of disharmony among various groups on the basis of religion, race, etc.), 295 A (deliberate act to hurt religious sentiments) and 124-A (sedition) and 34 (having equal intent).
