SIT has started its investigation in this murder case. This murder has taken place after refusing to convert religion and this is why there is a lot of discussion about it. Nikita was a B.Com final year student and she was shot and killed by Tausif. Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has raised questions about the silence of many Bollywood celebs.

She targeted Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Badshah, Vishal Dadlani, Kalki Kekalan and said, "Celebrities like these should be jailed for fake selective feminism". She has tweeted a tweet and in this, she has shared photos of many actresses. In the caption, she wrote, 'All of them should be put in jail for fake and selective activism, these filmy bimbos have caused huge damage to the cause of woman empowerment, why their mouths are sealed for Nikita who has been shot dead in broad daylight by a Jihadi.' Kangana's reply has come on the tweet in which a collage of Bollywood stars like Richa Chadha, Isha Gupta, Radhika Apte, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor is seen.

Before this, Kangana had made another tweet in which she wrote - 'Nikita's bravery is no less than Rani LaxmiBai or Padmavati, jihadi murder was obsessed with her he kept asking her to come with her if she wanted to live she could have given in to his lust she chose to die instead, Devi Nikita rose for every Hindu woman's dignity and pride.' She has talked about Nikita in many more tweets.
