'Show compassion for us also'; Kangana Ranaut slams Jaya Bachchan for her statement in parliament's monsoon session

New Delhi: Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan has urged the Modi government to protect and support Bollywood on the second day of the monsoon session without naming Ravi Kishan. She attacked Ravi Kishan and said that the people bite the hands that feed them.  Kangana Ranaut responded to Jaya Bachchan's statement and has reacted sharply on the actress' statement.

Kangana Ranaut responded to Jaya and also mentioned the name of her daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda. Kangana Ranaut tweeted from her official Twitter handle and wrote, "Jaya Ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged and molested as a teenage, would you say the same thing if Abhishek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also."

On the first day of the monsoon session of Parliament on Monday, BJP MP Ravi Kishan drew the attention of the House to the drug business in Bollywood.  Ravi Kishan also urged the government to look into the issue. During the Zero Hour, Ravi Kishan said in the Lok Sabha that the issue of drug trafficking is on the rise and drugs are coming through China and Pakistan. Ravi Kishan said that it is also being used in the film industry.  After which Jaya Bachchan targeted him.
