Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor was the first big celebrity to be found COVID-19 positive. In the month of March, Kanika Kapoor gets trolled after tests corona possible. There were serious allegations of negligence and not conducting a test on time. It was also said that Kanika had fled from the airport checking. Due to all this, she has to face the wrath of the entire country.

Every clarification of Kanika was proving to be small and the attack of the people was fast on her. Kanika Kapoor has explained in detail about that time. In an interview, Kanika said that she and her family were threatened to kill in that difficult moment. She said, "I was very upset at that moment, threatening to kill us. People also threatened to kill my child."

Expressing her pain, Kanika further said, "We received many messages which can not be said as good. People began to speak that my career was over. Nobody realised that I was a single mother, I had made a career away from my children. You are saying that my career is over". In the interview, Kanika also spoke about the controversy that caused her to get trolled. She said, "on 9th March, I came to India. That time there was no such law of quarantine. All were playing Holi and I went to my parents at Lucknow."
