On the one hand, while Kanpur Mayor Pramila Pandey shared a picture of her casting her vote, another BJP leader after her has ignored the EC's protocol.

Mayor Pramila Pandey went to the Hudson polling station in Kanpur city to cast her vote today. Due to this, she shared a picture of himself voting in the EVM. Defying the election commission's protocol, she also shared which party it is voting for. There are clear guidelines of the Election Commission that due to voting, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures of EVMs. But Mayor Pramila Pandey, ignoring it completely, not only clicked the pictures but also shared them. 

In this incident, Kanpur Collector Neha Sharma has said that a complaint is being lodged in this case. In a tweet, he said that a complaint is being lodged against her under relevant sections by Mayor Pramila Pandey in Kanpur for violating the secrecy of voting at the Hudson School Voting Centre. According to the information, Nawab Singh, the former city president of the BJYM, took the phone inside the booth, she made a video of her voting in the EVM. The video is now going viral on social media.
