The police have registered a case against eight builders on the charge of funding the miscreants. Not only this, but after the interrogation of mastermind Zafar Hayat Hashmi and three other accused so far, 20 builders of the city are also on the radar of the police. It is alleged that these builders were constructing the premises sealed by the authority a month ago by breaking the seal. And in this case, an FIR has also been lodged by the KDA at the concerned police stations.
In the Kanpur violence case, the police are taking strict action. According to the information received, the interrogation of the mastermind Zafar Hayat Hashmi has revealed that the builder Salim alias Johnny Walker, Haji Wasi, the owner of HS has funded the miscreants for the violence.
