Kapil Mishra, who left the Aam Aadmi Party and joined BJP, on Wednesday lodged a complaint against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for registering an FIR. Kapil Mishra has called him accused of criminal negligence. He has said in his complaint that hundreds of people are dying in Delhi due to criminal negligence of the CM.

Kapil Mishra has mailed the complaint to the Delhi Police Commissioner. He has urged the Commissioner to conduct an inquiry on three issues:
1- Deaths due to negligence
2- Corruption in advertising
3- Compensation to victims

Janha it has been learned that in a complaint made on the mail, Kapil Mishra, calling himself a founder of the Hindu ecosystem, has said that hundreds of lives were lost in hospitals across the city due to negligence of the Delhi Chief Minister. He has also accused Kejriwal of diverting hospitals like Jaipur Golden who was in dire need of oxygen without giving them oxygen which is criminal negligence.

Kapil Mishra in his complaint also said that the statement suo motu in the High Court by Inox and Jaipur Golden Hospital, Batra Hospital, and Gangaram.
