Renowned comedian Kapil Sharma is celebrating his birthday today. Kapil, who made people laugh not only in the country but also abroad, is not dependent on any identity today, but there was a time when no one knew Kapil and he was wandering from door to door. Kapil's journey to become the comedy king was not easy but full of difficulties. But he too was determined that, under any circumstances, he would not stop chasing his dreams.

Kapil Sharma was born on April 2, 1981, in Amritsar, Punjab. Kapil's father was a head constable in the police, and his mother is a simple housewife. Father died of cancer, and all the responsibility fell on Kapil's shoulders. Kapil was getting a government job in the police, but he did not take it. Kapil worked at PCO and came to Mumbai after graduation. Kapil made his debut with Punjabi channel MH One's comedy show 'Hansde Hansande Rao'. Kapil got recognition in Season 3 of 'Laughter Challenge' and became its winner in 2007.

Let us tell you that Kapil had auditioned in Amritsar for the 3rd season of this show, but he got rejected there. Then he went to Delhi to give an audition, and from there, Kapil was selected. Kapil got his sister married with the money he won from the 'Laughter Challenge' show. In 2013, Kapil introduced his show 'Comedy Nights with Kapil'. The show closed after a fight with Sunil Grover, and Kapil again made a comeback with 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Kapil made his Bollywood debut with the film 'Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon'. Recently, Kapil's new film Zwigato was released, which did not get any special response from the fans, but whatever it may be, the number of his fans across the country is in the lakhs.
