New Delhi: Relationships may be moving from generation to generation in the state, but the changing equation is vying to overtake in one stroke. The Congress, the country's oldest party, which ruled for decades, is going through its worst phase today. Senior leader Kapil Sibal has admonished the party's top leadership after Jitin Prasad stopped the BJP after veteran party leader Jyotiraditya Scindia left the Congress last year.

Jitin Prasada, once a veteran Congress leader from Uttar Pradesh, has also joined the BJP. Incidentally, like Scindia, Jitin Prasada has been one of the closest leaders of former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi. On which Kapil Sibal's statement may make the party uncomfortable. In a statement, former Union Minister Sibal slammed the Congress saying that when the High Command ignores party leaders and workers, it is not surprising that such a series of going to another party begins.

Sibbal further said that nowadays political parties should also learn from corporate houses. Where communication is two-way. But it is unfortunate that this is not happening in the Congress.
