Last year Kareena Kapoor Brutally get trolled as there were reports that Kareena asked for a whopping amount of Rs 12 crore to play the role of Goddess Sita in a film based on the Hindu mythology 'Ramayana'. The actress is currently promoting his upcoming movie Laal Singh Chaddha on different Platforms

In a recent interview when the actress asked about these reports. The actress said, "The reason that I never gave any explanation for that is because I was never offered that film. I don't even know why I was put into that because I wasn't even the choice for the film. These all are made-up stories and I don't want to put anybody down because even they need stories. Every day people are looking for some sort of stories on Instagram but I don't know from where it came," 

The actress also opens up about the pay gaps and said, "I make it quite clear what I want and I think that respect should be given. It’s not about being demanding, it’s about being respectful towards women. And I think things are kind of changing." The actress gets brutally trolled after these reports some said why to offer such roles to these actors while some called it a wrong choice and some also trolled Kareena for asking abig amount for a devotional character.

On the professional front, the actress is gearing up for Laal Singh Chaddha, It is directed by Advait Chandan. Produced under the banners of Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Paramount Pictures, the film is an official Hindi adaptation of Tom Hanks-starrer Forrest Gump. The movie is already in news before its release as Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha is trending because of Aamir's old statements.
