Actress Kareena Kapoor is making the most of her time with her best friend Amrita Arora this weekend. Amrita unexpectedly dropped by the Mumbai home of the actor. Kareena gave her fans a glimpse of the same by posting a few images that transported them right inside her opulent home.

Kareena posed alongside Amrita Arora, Shibani Madhavlal Satyani, Gaurie Pandit Dwivedi, and Poonam Damania in the photos. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor opted for a casual look in a white kurta, while Amrita went for a glamorous look in a black cut-out dress. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Khan both enjoy spending time in their home library, which is where the photos were taken. When the BFF surprises you, Kareena said it was "good times" and added to the Instagram Stories.

Malaika and Amrita Arora are Kareena's closest friends. Her sister, actress Karisma Kapoor, is also a member of their tight-knit group of women. They are frequently observed socialising and having fun together. Kareena continues to post snippets of her life on Instagram for the benefit of her loved ones.

Kareena's most recent appearance on film was in Laal Singh Chaddha, which Aamir Khan released in theatres on August 11. It was the authorised Hindi remake of the Forrest Gump movie, starring Tom Hanks. Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh were also present. Despite being praised by The Academy as a "faithful Indian adaptation," the movie failed to perform well at the domestic box office.

The Devotion of Suspect X, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, will be Kareena's next project. Kareena, who is making her OTT debut, is a part of the Netflix project with Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. She also appeared in Takt, a now-cancelled period drama directed by Karan Johar. The multi-starrer film was allegedly the director's passion project, but there isn't any current information on it.
