Srinagar: A Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by Islamic terrorists in the Shopian district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday (October 15). Officials have informed that Kashmiri Pandit Puran Krishna has been attacked in the Chaudhary Gund area of ​​South Kashmir. After being seriously injured in the firing, he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Doctors say that he could not survive till he was brought to the hospital.

When other family members came out after hearing the firing, they found Puran Krishna Bhatt lying in the garden covered in blood, after which he was hurriedly taken to the hospital with the help of local people. This is the third such incident reported in South Kashmir this year. Police say that soon the culprits will be found and the operation is on.
