Since Katrina Kaif has been finalized for Thugs Of Hindostan, the speculations about what she will be playing in the film have started making round the corner.

However, now reveals the source, "There are rumours doing the rounds of Katrina Kaif playing a British character in Thugs of Hindostan. However, the reports are completely baseless. Katrina is playing an out and out Indian role and is an integral part of the film. Since this is a period film, it will be her first Indian classical role."

According to a tabloid, the actress will be seen playing a dancer in Thugs of Hindostan. Earlier Kat has done dance numbers like Sheila Ki Jawani (Tees Maar Khan), Kamli (Dhoom 3) and Chikni Chameli (Agneepath).
