New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal has announced that 300 units of electricity will be given free of cost to each family if the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed in Punjab. Kejriwal said that as soon as this happens, about 80 percent of the people will get zero electricity bill. If our government is formed, there will be 24-hour electricity, but the bill will not come. Arvind Kejriwal announced that 'Old pending bills will be waived off as soon as our government is formed in Punjab. Just as we have given 24-hour power in Delhi, Punjab will also be electrified 24 hours a day'
Arvind Kejriwal said that as soon as the AAP government is formed, the first decisions will be taken on electricity. 300 units of free electricity, old electricity bills will be waived off with the first pen, but 24 hours of electricity will take some time as new infrastructure will be made.
