New Delhi: The BJP has demanded that jailed senior AAP leader and jail minister Satyendar Jain should be shifted to a jail outside Delhi for his conduct inside Tihar Jail. Because they are violating jail rules by taking undue advantage of being a jail minister.

Delhi BJP working president Virendra Sachdeva has said that Jain's cell inside Tihar Jail has become an extension of the Delhi Secretariat. With this, Kejriwal has not yet sacked him from the Delhi cabinet. He said, 'We demand that Kejriwal immediately remove Jain from the post of minister and LG should shift him to a jail outside Delhi as soon as possible.' Recently Satyendar Jain threatened Tihar Jail officers and said that he will come out and see everyone. Jain had threatened those who did anything against him with dire consequences. The AAP leader had said that whether he is serving or retired, he will not spare anyone. Jail authorities have lodged a written complaint against Satyendar Jain with DG Jail.

In their complaint, Tihar jail officials have said that jailed minister Satyendar Jain is misbehaving with them and threatening them with dire consequences if they come out of jail. These officers had tried to stop Satyendra Jain from taking advantage of massage and other VIP facilities. The complainants include superintendent of AIG jail, jail number 7, deputy superintendent of Tihar jail, assistant superintendent and law officer.
