BANGALORE: The Airports Council International (ACI) World has recognised Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) the world's best airport for the year 2022 in its ASQ Arrival Survey.

Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) asserts that through providing connectivity to non-metro towns and acting as a favoured transfer hub for southern India, KIA is assisting India's aviation growth story. Effective deboarding procedures, fast customs and immigration procedures, well-organized baggage claim services, and the availability of infrastructure like transit hotels and AI-powered help robots are all features of the airport.

Bangalore  airport emerged as the winner among 15 participating airports worldwide.
