KOZHIKODE: An actress and a model were sexually harassed onboard a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) transport by a young Islamist pervert named Savad. Kavil Savad Sha (27) of Kayakkody, Kozhikode, fled the bus after the minor victim complained. The bus driver and conductor chased him before they grabbed him and turned him over to the police. The woman posted about her situation on social media.

On Tuesday, May 16, the victim, Nandita Sankara, was travelling from Thrissur to Kochi. Nandita slept off while riding the bus since she had a difficult time sleeping the night before. Savad alighted from the bus in Angamaly. Despite being 30 kilometres from Ernakulam city, Angamaly town is close to the airport.

Despite the fact that it was a ladies-only seat, Savad crammed himself in between Nandita and a small girl. Three seats are available on one side of KSRTC buses.
