Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone‘s first song of the film Pathaan created Ruckus. The song was released by the film’s team on Monday ever since the song is trending. Besharam is a dance number romancing each other in exotic locales in Europe. However they are facing huge criticism because of the color of Deepika’s Dress. MP’s Home Leader, speaker and opposition Leader has critised te song. Now a new name added in the list.
Sherlyn Chopra has now reacted to the controversy. She brutally slams the Deepika Padukone. The actress said, "Remove those visuals from the song jinme kesariya rang darshaya gaya hai kyuki kesariya rang besharam nahi hai." She added, "Hindu ki aastha ke sath khilvad kia ja raha hai."
Earlier Sherlyn said, “Actress Deepika Padukone's costume is highly objectionable, and the song has been shot with a dirty mindset. The scenes and costumes of the songs should be changed, or we will have to take a decision on the screening in Madhya Pradesh.The controversy is around the makers of Pathan calling the Saffron colour Besharam rang. Why can't they get a headline on the merit of the film?" In the name of cinematic liberty, in the name of freedom of expression, is it permissible to label the colour saffron as Besharam Rang?"
Pathaan, marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen in over four years. The action thriller also stars John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Aanand. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 25, 2023. It will be released in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions apart from Hindi. Shah Rukh Khan also has Jawaan and Dunki in the pipeline.
