These materials are required
1/2 bowl chopped green chilli, 250 gms dates, 150 gm jaggery, 1 tsp coriander, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric pav spoon, asafetida pinchful, coriander 2 tsp, fennel 1 tsp, rye-cumin 1 tsp, 2 bay leaves , Salt as per taste, oil.
Recipe for making it
First of all clean the palms and grind them. Add a little water in the pressure cooker, add dates and green chilies and take a whistle.
Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and fennel-bay leaves, after giving a sprinkle of mustard seeds. Also add boiled ingot dates and green chilies.
Cook on low heat for five minutes. Now add jaggery and let it break some water. Turn off the gas when the clove becomes lightly elastic. Now serve hot Khajoor Launji with Poori.
