Khatima: We know now that there is no age for learning, originally Chanaula of Gangolihat in Pithoragarh district and retired soldier Dani Ram of Hallpur resident Chakarpur Bilhari have proved this. At the age of 79, he passed the high school examination in the first class from the National Institute of Open Schooling. As soon as the result comes, there is an atmosphere of happiness in his family. Dani Ram, who retired from the post of Subedar Major from CRPF on 30 November 1995, told that his date of birth is 18 November 1940. After passing the eighth, he joined the then Territorial Army IR Battalion in the year 1960, stationed in NEFA and was included in the Punjab Regiment during the British era. Later it became CRPF.
