Kim Kardashian is poised to headline Saturday Night Live for the first time. Kardashian, along with Jason Sudeikis, Rami Malek, and Owen Wilson, will make their Season 47 debut as hosts. Kim's hosting stint is set for October 9, and she just responded to the announcement on her Instagram account, writing, "OH MY GOD There's no going back now."

The upcoming season appears to be quite intriguing. Kardashian will show off her comedic side when hosting Saturday Night Live. Kim expressed her delight by exclaiming, "I'm hosting SNL!!!!!" when revealing that she and musical guest Halsey will host the episode on October 9.

Other announced hosts for Season 47 of SNL are Owen Wilson and musical guest Kacey Musgraves for the October 2 debut, Rami Malek and Young Thugs for the October 16 premiere, and Ted Lasso's Emmy-winner Jason Sudeikis and Brandi Carlile for the October 23 premiere. While Sudeikis has previously been on Saturday Night Live as a cast member, this will be his first time hosting the show.

Lorne Michaels, the creator of Saturday Night Live, teased the Season 47 hosting lineup while speaking to the press at the Emmy Awards 2021. "I'm not going to tell you anything," he had remarked, "simply because we haven't revealed who's presenting...but I don't think anybody will be heartbroken. I think people will be happy with what we have.'' Season 46 of SNL ended with a bang as The Queen's Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy made turned host for the finale episode. The season also saw celebs such as Elon Musk, Carey Mulligan, and more making their debuts.
