If everything goes well, CBI can disclose the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in the coming few days. However, the forensic team of AIIM on the case of Bollywood actors Sushant Singh Rajput has submitted its final report to CBI. The AIIMS report shows suicide as the reason behind the death. Dr. Sudhir Gupta, Chairman, Forensic Department, AIIMS has said that the forensic team has completed its proceedings and it is a suicide case.

In this way, AIIMS has corrected the post mortem report of Mumbai Hospital. However, the forensic team of AIIMS is not ready to give detailed information on the matter. It is said that the forensic team of AIIMS has spoken in its report that circumstantial evidence did not reveal any kind of wound on the body of Sushant. There were no strangulation or beating marks. The scar on his neck came because of hanging. Earlier, on September 28, a meeting was held between the team of forensic doctors of AIIM and CBI, in which aiims had submitted the report of post mortem analysis and action to CBI. The poison could not be confirmed in the report. At that time, Dr. Sudhir Gupta had said that the forensic team and CBI of AIIMS largely agreed with each other's results, but some legal aspects need to be looked into to arrive at a logical conclusion. On that day, CBI issued a statement for the first time saying that the death of Sushant is being acted upon in a professional manner and cannot dismiss any aspect now.

It may be mentioned that the CBI had sought medical opinion from the forensic Department of AIIM on the death of Sushant. On 21st August, AIIMS had initiated action on the case by constituting a team of 5 doctors from the forensic ministry. Meanwhile, apart from analyzing the post mortem report, the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) had also taken action. In addition, 3 doctors from AIIMS also went to Mumbai to inspect the spot. AIIMS's team took about one and a half months to arrive at the final conclusion.
