What we think of, we gradually become attached to it. For that, our mind melts. Just as the mould in which we put the molten iron, the iron takes the form of the same mould, in the same way, the qualities of whichever personality our mind is attached to us begin to come to our mind. After attachment, there is greed for the fulfilment of his desire again and anger at the fulfilment of the desire. Because of which we are sad.


 
If you pay attention, most of the suffering of our life is mental and we are troubled by this suffering. The root of it is our fickle mind. You all know that meditation is the only way to stabilize the fickle mind. At this time, different types of people in the world explain different ways of meditation to concentrate the mind. Someone says that by placing a small piece of paper on the palm and watching it for five minutes, the mind will start concentrating. So somebody says burn the candle and look at it alone, someone closes his eyes and looks at the light, the gross body, etc. In many ways, people try to meditate. Such meditation provides momentary comfort, but what to do with this fickle mind? It becomes re-immersed in the worldly areas because of its old practice and we become disturbed again.

Rupdhyan is a method of meditation in which we apply our playful mind to the beautiful form of Sriradha Krishna and practice it.
