We all know that many people have the habit of sipping the cup of tea after getting up early in the morning, without tea, their day does not start, some people are like that if they do not get tea in the morning then their whole day spend in tiredness and also a lot of people complain that if they don’t grab a morning tea their headache starts. But have you ever wonder that if you don’t drink tea properly then you can face problems? So today we are going to tell you the right way to drink tea So that it will not harm your body.

-Many people have the habit of drinking hot tea but here I want to alert you that sipping hot tea can cause health damage, so always take sip the tea at   ‘Normal Temperature’.

-There are many excessive amounts of acid are present in tea, if you consume tea in the empty stomach in the morning, then these acids can directly damage your stomach.  Apart from this, drinking tea in the empty stomach increases the risk of ulcers and acidity in the stomach. So always drink tea with one or two biscuits, toast or cookies.

-Do not drink tea that is prepared from milk because it will destroy the ingredients and antioxidants present in the milk. By which it can harm your health, so always drink black-tea, green-tea or herbal-tee.
