Kochi: After the death of a brain dead security worker gave let of life to four people. On Sunday, when the doctors declared that he was brain dead, then the family took decision to donate his organs.

Prasad was hospitalized on March 18,2016 after a car hit him at Ramapuram in Alappuzha.He suffered head injury in the incident.Yet he was rushed to a hospital in Haripad,because his condition worsened and was taken to TD Medical College in Vandanam.The Prasad was later sent to the private hospital in Kochi.

Radhamani (Prasad's wife) and his relatives expressed their zeal to donate his organs. Prasad’s heart, liver, kidneys were donated to four patients in Kochi, Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram. His eyes were kept in the eye bank of Little Flower Hospital in Angamaly.

Prasad's body will be scorched at the compound of his house on Monday
