Following the 49th day since his demise (June 6), Moonbin's younger sister Moon Sua and ASTRO bandmate Yoon Sanha sent a tribute to the late singer on Instagram. Buddhist tradition holds that the deceased's spirits transition to the afterlife on the 49th day, which is also typically the day that the official time of mourning ends.
Moon Sua released a small footage of her late brother giving her a piggyback ride during a practice session for their 'Candy In My Ears' duet performance in June, despite being dormant on her personal Instagram since she made her debut with Billlie in 2021.

Moon Sua, a member of Billlie and his younger sister, gave fans a look at their old video on Wednesday and wrote yet another tearjerking tribute to him. The 49th day since Moonbin's passing, or the conclusion of the Buddhist time of mourning, was June 6.
Moon Sua, a K-pop idol, shared an old video that appears to be from a rehearsal session. The brother-sister pair are shown in the video grinning broadly as Moonbin gives his sister a piggyback ride. The Billlie user posted the black-and-white video and wrote a statement.

Before this, the company had various memorial areas for the late singer in front of its building and afterwards on its rooftop where friends, relatives, and Moonbin's supporters put flowers and comments. The Gukcheongsa temple is now the proper location for all letters and offerings, however Fantagio has cautioned against leaving flower and food gifts owing to "insects and debris" in the region.
