Kriti told a media reporter that she is going through the most interesting phase of her career, while she is doing films like Bachchan Pandey and Mimi and she is very much excited about these films. She wants to get out of her comfort zone and do a film every year that is out of the league. Kriti is highly excited about the film Mimi because this film is based on surrogacy and she will be seen playing the lead role in it. She is also a part of a large untitled project. She will be seen in Dinesh Vijan's comedy film. Rajkummar Rao, Paresh Rawal, and Dimple Kapadia will also be seen in the film.

Talking about Kriti's previous film, she was seen in the comedy drama Housefull 4. It was a multi starer film in which Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Ritesh Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde, and Kriti Kharbanda were seen. The film did a good collection at the box office. Kriti started her career with the film Heropanti. Her sister Nupur Senan has also appeared in the music video with Akshay Kumar.
