Amritsar: The Punjab Police on Friday arrested Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga from his residence. The BJP has not only been furious over Bagga's arrest, but also aap's founding member and poet Kumar Vishwas has given advice to CM Bhagwant Mann. Earlier, the Punjab Police had informed that on May 1, an FIR was registered against Tajinder Bagga by Thana Punjab State Cyber Crime, SAS Nagar, following a complaint against Him for inciting violence, criminal intimidation, posting false and communal inflammatory statements on social media.
The Punjab Police said five notices were sent to the accused to join and come to the investigation. The notice was duly complied with, even after the accused deliberately did not join the investigation. Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga was arrested from his residence in Delhi this morning after due process of law.
